There is a new development just northwest of Dickinson that has new housing available.  The lots are all around 5 acres and only 1 1/2 miles from city limits.  If you are looking for country living close to town give me a call as these would suit many situations.  Currenlty there is a very nice new construction house being built that is for sale.  It is a ranch style house with a walkout basement.  I will be posting more here later, or you can find it a www.jasonhansonhomes.com.  The lots that are for sale are all priced at $35,000 which is comparable to some city lots in Dickinson.  We are also working with a builder ( Collova Companies) that would be able to build a house for you or help design a custom home if the plans they have don’t suit you.
